Paris, January 07, 2021– UGGC, a leading business law, is expanding its team of partners with the appointment of Clémence Lemétais d’Ormesson, a lawyer specializing in litigation and arbitration. She becomes the 32nd partner of the firm in Paris.
Clémence Lemétais d’Ormesson works in the Litigation & Arbitration department, which she joined as an associate at the beginning of her career in 2007 before becoming Counsel.
She assists French and foreign clients in civil and commercial courts and assists them in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Clémence Lemétais d’Ormesson specializes in disputes relating to the performance or termination of contracts, conflicts between partners, pre- or post-acquisition litigation, litigation relating to the liability and dismissal of executives and in business litigation. She also acts as an arbitrator in domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings in these same areas.
Transmission to the new generations: keystone of UGGC’ managerial model
