July 11, 2022 – Paris – UGGC Avocats, one of France’s leading independent law firms and a multidisciplinary business law firm, is assisting the microcredit fintech, Finfrog, in organizing its €30 million fundraising.
Founded in 2016, FinFrog is a French startup offering loans between individuals repayable in installments. It has over 300,000 customers across France. The startup has been committed since its inception to a responsible credit practice, focused on rigorous analysis of its customers’ financial situation and their support.
This €30 million round of financing (€10 million in equity – €20 million in debt) will allow Finfrog to strengthen its Paris-based staff in order to consolidate its leading position in the sector.
