UGGC Avocats, a French multidisciplinary law firm and one of the leading independent law firms in France, is assisting Bpifrance Investissement in its acquisition of a stake in the HASAP group as part of its LBO (Leverage Buy-Out) of the service sector.
Bpifrance Investissement’s Wood and eco-materials fund is investing in the high-end joinery and interior design group. Crédit Mutuel Equity, a long-time investor and fellow traveler of the Hasap Group since its creation in 2006, is reinvesting alongside Bpifrance Investissement.
