Paris, October 19, 2018 – UGGC Avocats advised Bpifrance, BNP Paribas Développement, Amundi Private Equity Funds, Alliance Entreprendre and Entrepreneur Venture in the fundraising of Federation Entertainment for an amount of 16 million euros. Frieh Associés advised Federation Entertainment on this transaction.
Federation Entertainment is a production company behind several popular successes such as “Le Bureau des Légendes” for Canal+ and “Marseille”, for Netflix Original. Operating in a fast-growing market, the company intends to accelerate market, the company intends to accelerate its growth and development in France and internationally with this equity and OC financing round.
