January 2022 – RedTree Capital and Eternam (acting on behalf of a pool of private investors) acquired an office building located at 11, avenue Hoche in Paris (75008).
The building has a surface area of approximately 3,000 sq.m. and will be leased by its new owners once it has been restructured.
RedTree Capital France will manage the building.
The amount of the transaction remains confidential.
