Who am I?
I am one of the partners in charge of the UGGC Competition Law Department, present since the law firm’s inception after an experience in Brussels. My sector of intervention therefore corresponds to the competition law and distribution, but also to the law of commercial contracts and commercial practices, as well as to the right of promotion and publicity.
Beyond my practice as a lawyer, I am an active participant in the activities on the evolutions of my subject: regular author of articles of doctrine, I am also secretary general of AFEC (French Association for the Study of Law of Competition) as well as the International Competition League, reporter for France in the IBA antitrust newsletter and lecturer at Versailles Saint-Quentin University. This participation gives me a good knowledge of the institutions.
