After specialising in European Union law, I joined the Competition/Distribution & Consumer Law Department in 2001 as an intern, then as an associate in January 2002 before becoming a partner in 2018.
In addition to writing articles and organising conferences, I am also a member of various associations (French Association for the Study of Law of Competition, ACE and Association for the Monitoring of State Aid).
UGCC & me
It’s a story that lasts… I’ve spent my entire professional career at UGGC. For what reasons? The diversity and richness of the files, the sense of working together, the multidisciplinary skills and the high level of requirement make UGGC a firm presenting all the qualities required for an effective support of its clients whatever their problems and sectors of activity. UGGC is also a great place to work!
My practice
I advise and represent clients of all sizes, French and foreign, in sectors as varied as health products, food or consumer goods.
My main areas of intervention – both in advice and in litigation – are the following: antitrust and investigations (national, EU), state aids, mergers, distribution, commercial contracts, placing on the market, labelling, economic criminal law (unfair commercial practices, deception…), regulatory health.
