Thierry Dal Farra was auditioned on January 28, 2021 by the Information Mission of theChairmen Conference of the French National Assembly on the topic “Building and promoting digital sovereignty” chaired by Mr. Jean-Luc Warsmann, on the subject: “France’s digital sovereignty and public procurement”.
The round table, which was held by videoconference on 28/01, included legal experts specializing in public procurement law. The discussion focused on the role of public procurement in the protection of French and European digital sovereignty.
The speakers at the conference were :
Mr. Stéphane de la Rosa, Professor of Public Law at the University of Paris-Est Créteil, author of the European Public Procurement Law (Larcier);
Mr. Thierry Dal Farra, partner of UGGC Avocats and specialist in public procurement law;
