As Senior-Vice Chair of the Diversity and Equality Law Committee of the IBA (International Bar Association, which brings together more than 80,000 practitioners), Karine Audouze moderated a panel at the Employment Conference in Madrid on September 9, 2022, an event that brought together more than 500 specialists in employment law from around the world.

The panel on the topic of mental health in the workplace, moderated by Karine Audouze and Lloyd Chinn, partner at Proskauer Rose in New York, included Mercedes Canos, General Manager Iberia of Jaeger-leCoultre, Maria Eugenia de la Cera Guerrero, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Spain, and Anne O’Connell, partner at AOC Solicitors, Ireland, and, Ronak Ray, Legal Director of Pantheon Platform in San Francisco.
