Marine Simonnot, UGGC partner, participated in the animation of a training session at the École Nationale de la Magistrature on Tuesday, March 29th, which was about “The current state of collective proceedings”.
She intervened more particularly on the subject of “Collective discipline: from the obligation to declare to the prohibitions affecting creditors in the course of collective proceedings”.
Her intervention was held from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
