Carole has key skills in Corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.
She worked for nearly three years as an associate in a law firm specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity before joining UGGC Law Firm. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018 and to the New York Bar in 2017, she has a Master II in International Business Law from Picardie Jules Verne University – Amiens (2013) and an LLM from Boston University (2016).
