UGGC Avocats is looking for a trainee lawyer with a strong background in private law to join the Real Estate Department.
As part of this internship, you will assist the partners and associates – both in counseling and litigation – on all issues of private real estate law and Corporate real estate law, including commercial leases, residential leases, construction law and corporate real estate. In particular, you will carry out all useful research and draft working notes, legal consultations, contracts and conclusions, and will participate in the writing of legal articles.
As a student lawyer, the candidate must be motivated, rigorous, curious, and have excellent writing skills as well as a strong sense of organization and teamwork.
Commencing date : July, 1st, 2021
terms : 3 to 6 months

UGGC Law Firm is looking for two trainees with a solid knowledge of private law to join the Real Estate Law Department (Marseille office).

You will be involved notably by carrying out all useful research and writing working notes, legal consultations, contracts, and conclusions and will participate in the preparation of legal articles.
